Returns & Remakes Policy

At My Suit Tailor, every garment is individually handcrafted and made exclusively for you based on the measurements provided at the time of ordering.

Our experienced master tailors carefully review every order before production begins. If any measurement appears inconsistent or unusual, our team will contact you to verify the details before your garment is crafted. This additional quality check helps us ensure the best possible fit for every customer.

Professional Measurement Programme

As taking accurate body measurements can sometimes be challenging, we encourage customers to visit a professional local tailor for measurements.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all measurements submitted are accurate and complete. My Suit Tailor cannot be held responsible for fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

To support this, we offer a USD 20 Measurement Credit when customers choose to have their measurements taken by a professional tailor.

This programme significantly improves fit accuracy and helps ensure that your custom garment fits perfectly upon delivery.

Final Sale Policy

Because each garment is custom-made specifically for an individual customer, all custom and made-to-order garments are considered Final Sale.

Therefore:

• We do not offer refunds or returns  on custom or made-to-order garments.
• Please review all order details carefully before placing your order.

My Suit Tailor is committed to achieving the best possible fit for every customer. In the unlikely event that adjustments are required, our team will work with you to provide alteration assistance or remake solutions where appropriate.

 

Fabric Colour Disclaimer

Please note that colours displayed on computer monitors, mobile devices, and tablets may vary slightly from the actual fabric colour due to differences in screen settings and display technology.

Minor colour variations between online images and the finished garment are considered normal and are not regarded as defects.

Alteration Credit Programme

In many cases, minor fit adjustments or repairs can be completed quickly and conveniently by a local tailor rather than remaking the entire garment.

How to Request an Alteration Credit

Before altering your garment, please send the following to care@mysuittailor.com within 14 days of receiving your order:

• Photographs of you wearing the garment clearly showing the fit issue.
• A detailed description of the required alterations.
• An itemized receipt from your local tailor after the alterations have been completed.

Our team will review the information and determine whether an alteration or a remake is the most appropriate solution.

Important Notes

• Alteration credits are available only for a customer's first custom garment order.

·       Customers participating in the Professional Measurement Programme will not qualify for alteration credit.

·       Alteration work carried out without prior approval from My Suit Tailor may not qualify for reimbursement.

Garment Allowances

To allow for future alterations and adjustments, extra fabric allowance is incorporated into each garment.

Standard Jacket & Trouser Allowances:

• Chest: approximately 3.5 inches
• Stomach/Waist: approximately 2.5 inches
• Trouser Hips : 1.5 -2 inch
• Thigh : 2 – 3 inch

 

Remake Policy

Complimentary remakes may be approved in the following circumstances:

• Manufacturing defects.
• Construction defects.
• Incorrect styling or design features that differ from the confirmed order.

All remake requests are subject to review and approval by our customer care team.

Remake Conditions

• Requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
• The original garment must be returned before a remake can be processed.
• Remakes are subject to fabric availability.

If the original fabric is unavailable:

• Customers may select an alternative fabric of equal or lesser value at no additional charge.
• If a higher-value fabric is selected, the price difference must be paid before production begins.
• If no suitable replacement fabric is available, store credit will be issued to the customer's account.

Customers must provide photographs of the damaged package and garment for investigation and resolution.

Return Shipping for Approved Remakes

Once a remake request has been approved, our team will provide the appropriate return shipping address in the United States.

For approved remakes, My Suit Tailor will cover the return shipping costs.
