Chest Measurement

For the chest measurements, measure the tape around the widest part of your chest, just under the armpits.
Take a deep breath and be comfortable. Ensure that the tape measure is in level all the way round. Leave room for 2 fingers between the tape measure and the chest.

Stomach Measurement

Stand comfortably without sucking in your stomach. Take a deep breath. Measure around the widest part of your stomach in line with your belly button, Ensure that the tape measure is in level all the way round. Leave room for 2 fingers between the tape measure and the stomach.

For hips measurements, please join your legs together and measure around the widest part of your hips, Ensure that the tape measure is in level all the way round. Leave room for 2 fingers between the tape measure and the hips.

Identify the shoulder bone or the shirt seam, measure along the natural curve of your shoulder just below your collar from one point to the other.

Relax your arms, identify the shoulder bone and start measuring till the elbow, continue to measure till the thumb joint or centre of your palm.

Keep the tape measure on the top of your shoulder just in line with the shirt seam or just below the neck. Measure all the way down your torso till your thumb joint, To check the measurements, start from the same point at the back and measure down the length of your back ,to compare the measurements make sure that it covers your rare completely.

Relax your arms ,measure around the bicep on the widest part, make sure you don’t flex your muscles.

For the waist measurements, measure at a point where you would like to wear your pants. Measure just above the waist band, measure as snugly as you wants your pants to fit, leaving room for 2 fingers between the tape measure and the waist. Please do not substitute the size of your waist with your jeans or off the rack pants.

For your pants length measurements, measure from a point from where you want to wear your pants, Keep the measure tape on tip of the waist band, measure all the way down till the shoes just above your heels.

For your rise measurements, measure starting from the waist band take the tape around your legs to the back of your pants, measure upto the tip of the waist band.

Measure around the thighs just below your pants pockets, Keep room for 2 fingers between the tape measure and the thigh

Locate the knee cap and measure around the knee, Keep room for 2 fingers between the tape measure and the knee.
