      In case a Garment doesn’t Fit you as you expected , we will be always here to help you.
      Every product being unique and tailored following the specific needs of the client, clothes made with different count fabrics from different Mills can show different properties. In any case, if any of our products need some slight Alterations.
      We would need pictures of yourself wearing the garment to be sent to us within 48 hours to this email : care@mysuittailor.com.

      My Suit Tailor grants a reimbursement upto an amount towards the alteration that might be needed. These will be given in a form of a Gift card or a Voucher code towards your next purchase with
      My Suit Tailor.
      • Upto 75 $ for a 2 Pc & 3 Pc Suit
      • Upto 50 $ for a Jacket 
      • Upto 25 $ for a Trouser
      • Upto 20 $ for a Shirt
      If against all odds, your garment does not fit you perfectly, We advise you to visit a local tailor, and we will cover the alteration costs. If the garment cannot be altered, we shall remake a completely new one for you after we have evaluated the pictures sent by the customer. This is a decision which will be taken by our master tailors and it cannot be overruled ,However if the alterations can be easily done by a local tailor, we reserve the right to refuse to remake your garment.

      The other option what we offer is either a refund of alterations costs as mentioned above or, if you prefer, you can have twice the amount in the form of credits to use on your next purchase on mysuittaior.com.

      We are a custom clothing company and all our garments are made as per the specifications and measurements provided by the customer. As we cannot sell these garments to other customers , We hereby do not offer any refund .
      However as per our Perfect Fit Guarantee, We can remake a garment for you if it does not fit at all and cannot be altered by a local tailor.
